The Temporary Museum of Permanent Change is a community based, participatory project that uses the major construction processes in downtown Salt Lake City as catalysts to animate the city. What that means, is that the entire downtown is being called a “museum” because the “displays” are constantly changing. On Broadway (300 S) they have outdoor public pieces of art.
